Andrea, our Program Director, plays a vital role in guiding the direction of our programs and overseeing the Bereavement Care Program. She offers compassionate support to grieving families, spending time in their homes, at the hospital, and attending funeral services as needed. Andrea listens to their concerns with empathy, providing a comforting presence during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Her dedication to serving the community is a cornerstone of our mission.

Maneisha, our dedicated assistant, ensures that the work gets done with efficiency and precision. She plays a crucial role in keeping everything organized and on track, supporting the team to meet its goals and deliver on our mission. Her behind-the-scenes efforts are key to the smooth operation of our organization.

Neyda, our Community Engagement Advisor, is a passionate advocate for our community. She plays a key role in connecting us with those driving positive change through education, service, and training opportunities. Neyda emphasizes the importance of building strong, meaningful relationships to create lasting impact, guiding us in fostering connections that help uplift and strengthen our community.

Yolonda, our Community Engagement Specialist, brings a wealth of experience in criminal justice and group home work to her role with KCRS Empowerment. Having been raised in an underserved community, she is deeply committed to giving back by serving those in similar circumstances. Yolonda focuses on building valuable connections and ensuring access to essential resources, helping KCRS Empowerment better serve those in need. Her passion for service and dedication to uplifting her community make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Shanice is a dedicated volunteer staff member at “The Safe Space,” where she plays a vital role in co-hosting the support group. With a heart for service, Shanice is committed to fostering an environment where the fruits of the Spirit are shared, empowering others to love and persevere through life’s challenges. Her passion for supporting and uplifting others makes her an invaluable part of the team.
